All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for our events due to the nature of the experience and limited capacity. Once a ticket is purchased, it is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a future event.

If Show Up cancels an event—primarily due to lightning or extreme weather conditions—a full refund will be issued for that session. Please note: rain alone does not qualify for cancellation, and the decision to cancel lies solely with the Show Up organisers.

Exceptions to this policy may be considered in cases of extreme or exceptional circumstances and must be communicated in writing before the event date.

​Show Up! The conscious community initiative! Come and enjoy a movement and breathwork session at sunrise with likeminded people then join for a cold dip and coffee. Get all the energy you need for another great week in Barcelona. 7.15am start this week. Make sure to wear warm clothes!

After the practice we will head to La Cala in Barceloneta to connect over a cup of coffee.
