​TRIBE is designed to highlight the vibrant communities, programs, and organizations that make up New Jersey’s tech industry. Through live activations, dynamic networking opportunities, and presentations from key community leaders, the event will encourage the growth of local networks, celebrate the innovators, and foster a sense of belonging.

​Event Flow:

​5:30 PM - 6:00 PM | Arrival & Networking Welcome
Guests are greeted with light appetizers and drinks. As they check in, they are encouraged to participate in the Interactive Network Mapping Wall. Light ambient music will set a relaxed tone, fostering an open environment for casual networking.

​6:00 PM - 6:15 PM | Welcome Remarks & Opening Ceremony
Hosted by representatives from Spark . and HAX Newark. This session will introduce the event’s theme, mission, and the importance of building a supportive, interconnected tech community in New Jersey. The opening ceremony will conclude with a brief video highlighting HAX/SOSV or Spark Pitch.

​6:15PM - 6:45 PM  | Fireside Chat: "It Takes a Village to Innovate"
A conversational panel with tech founders, HAX partners, and community builders discussing how collaborative networks have driven innovation in Newark and beyond. Moderated by a prominent industry figure, this chat will dive deep into how fostering a “tribe” accelerates growth and impact.

​6:45- 8:00 PM | Speed Networking & Exhibition
Attendees are invited to explore Speed Networking Zones, with structured rapid-fire networking rounds to meet fellow tech professionals. Simultaneously, the Exhibition & Partner Showcase will be open for browsing, allowing organizations to present their work.
