IGNITE is heading back to Winnipeg!
After an incredible first year, IGNITE Winnipeg returns—building on the momentum, powerful conversations, and community energy sparked at last year’s inaugural event.
Inspired by Black Talent Initiative’s nationally recognized IGNITE conference, this half-day experience was created to bring meaningful connection, inspiration, and opportunity to Black talent in the Prairies. We’re bringing together Black leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers from across industries to connect, learn, and be inspired.
Presented in collaboration with Canada Life, IGNITE Winnipeg reflects a shared commitment to creating inclusive spaces where Black talent in Winnipeg can grow and thrive. Through dynamic conversations, storytelling, and networking, the conference offers a platform to spark ideas, strengthen community, and amplify Black excellence.
