Local Hub Dublin: Where Does Your L&D Team Really Stand?
Wow, six months flew by! It’s officially been half a year since we launched the Dublin chapter, and as a special 6-month treat, we’re switching things up. 🥳🤝
We’re teaming up with the L&D Collective and trading our regular evening meet-ups for a relaxed morning coffee meetup!
Every L&D team is on a journey - some are still rolling out courses, while others have learning deeply woven into daily work and business goals. Most of us sit somewhere in the messy middle, wondering what lever to pull next.
Fresh research from 360Learning (analyzing 1,000+ L&D self-assessments) highlights the reality:
85% of teams sit in the middle of the maturity scale, with fewer than 1 in 10 driving clear business results.
61% experience a wide gap between their strongest and weakest capability.
Measurement remains the biggest blind spot across the industry - yet teams that master it score higher across the board.
What to Expect
No boring slide decks or lectures: Just a quick glance at the data, followed by honest peer-led discussions over coffee.
Open conversations: Where does your team stand today? What’s accelerating your progress, and what’s holding you back?
Actionable insights: Walk away with practical ideas and benchmarks from people facing the exact same challenges.
Psst: Did we mention coffee and pastries are on us? 🥐☕
