A quiet place to pause in the middle of the day.
Drop in anytime between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM for silent sitting meditation.
Enter quietly, take a seat, and stay as long as you like.
There will be no instructions, no bells, and no timers—just a little peace and quiet.
