The 3rd annual Island Icons Honors returns for an unforgettable evening honoring the trailblazing Caribbean-American entrepreneurs, creatives, and leaders shaping culture, business, and impact across the United States and the diaspora. We come from different islands, different shores, different journeys — but the same sea carried us here. This year, we celebrate what rises from it: Salt & Gold, where struggle and legacy meet, and Caribbean brilliance blooms undiluted.
Hosted during National Entrepreneurship Month, this powerful night honors the visionaries who turned bold ideas into thriving enterprises, cultural movements, and community legacies.
