HEATWAVE | Hot Sculpt (community event)
Heatwave: Hot Sculpt🔥🎶
Hosted once a month at Movements Jordaan, Heatwave is a signature Luna Nuova Pilates Club (LNPC) Community Event and your favourite excuse to step away from the laptop, out of your routine, and into one hour of pure energy.
Led by LNPC founder + Movements instructor, Steph Ingerman, expect a beat-based sweat fest designed to make you feel strong, hot, energised, and fully alive. We’ll move together, sweat together, burn together... and then slow it down (and cool it down) with refreshing beverages in studio afterwards.

IMPORTANT DETAILS (please read)
📅 Friday 18 September
⏰ Arrive between 12.00-12.15 (please do not arrive earlier) Please note: doors close at 12.25, class starts promptly 12.30 and latecomers will not be admitted
🌡️ The studio temperature will be roughly between 34°C-37°C
📍 Movements JORDAAN location (Korte Prinsengracht 91 - L, 1013 GR Amsterdam)
👚 DRESS CODE: Wear your favourite workout clothes
💧 Bring water + a towel!!
🧘♀️ Mats provided by Movements (free of charge), however, you are welcome to bring your own if you'd like!

Tickets are non-refundable (unless LNPC cancels a Park Pilates/Yoga session due to weather). In the event you cannot make it, you are welcome to resell your ticket to a friend who can then check-in under your name OR you may list your ticket for resell in our TICKETS WhatsApp group.
