About Event

Welcome to Deal Noire Dallas, an invite-only gathering of Black business owners, investors, and deal facilitators focused on buying, building, and exiting companies in the lower middle market.

This gathering is intentionally curated. The primary value of the forum is the room itself, a high trust environment composed of individuals capable of doing serious business together. The objective is not immediate transactions, but the formation of durable relationships among operators and capital partners who are positioned to pursue acquisitions, investments, and exits in the foreseeable future.

Structure of the Day:

9:00 AM - 10:00 AM — Arrival & Light Breakfast

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM — Educational Sessions (Lower-middle-market acquisition & ownership strategies)

12:30 PM – 2:30 PM — Open Forum Discussion

2:30 PM – 3:00 PM - Event Wrap Up & Networking
