About The Event
Join CLCX — The Social Longevity Club for a joyful Sunday morning of padel, movement, recovery, music, and connection, created in association with FEW.
This is not just a padel social. It is a full social longevity experience designed to help you move better, meet great people, reset your nervous system, and enjoy a healthier, more energising way to spend your Sunday.
We begin with Pilates and mobility to prepare the body, followed by friendly padel coaching and a social round-robin tournament at UBS presents Padel Central. After play, we will cool down, stretch, and transfer together to Soho House, where the experience continues with breathwork, ice baths by the 30th-floor pool, funky Sunday beats, complimentary drinks by IM8 and Schroommate, and a relaxed brunch connection session.
Whether you are new to padel, looking to improve your game, or simply want to connect with an inspiring wellness community, this is your invitation to play, recover, and reconnect.

Event Schedule
9:00 AM | Pilates & Stretching
Activate your body, improve mobility, and prepare to play with a guided pre-padel movement session led by our instructors.
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Padel Social Tournament
Enjoy coaching sessions followed by a friendly round-robin format at UBS Padel Central, designed for beginners and intermediate players.
Expect movement, play, light competition, and plenty of community energy.
12:00 PM | Cool-Down, Stretch & Photo Moments
Ease the body down after play with a short cool-down stretch and movement session, followed by group photos.
12:15 PM | Complimentary Bus Transfer to Soho House
Travel together from UBS Padel Central to Soho House for the recovery and connection experience.
12:30 PM – 2:00 PM | Breathwork, Ice Bath & Beats
Reset, recover, and recharge with guided breathwork and ice baths by the Soho House pool on the 30th floor, accompanied by funky Sunday morning beats.
Complimentary drinks will be provided by IM8 and Schroommate.
2:00 PM – 3:00 PM | Brunch, Connection & Longevity Session
Stay for a relaxed brunch and connection session with Sean and Shelley Lee-Davies, exploring practical longevity insights for living, moving, and ageing well.
Brunch is optional and ordered directly from Soho House. Food is not included in the ticket price.

Practical Notes
Changing rooms are available at UBS Padel Central.
Full changing room and shower facilities are available at Soho House.
Brunch is not included in the ticket price and is paid separately to Soho House.
In the event of heavy rain that prevents padel play, full padel refunds will be provided.
