​You move, and it moves with you — rippling through every cell, every story you’ve carried to this edge.

​Into sound, into silence, into the self that lives: beneath it all… are we not, water?

​SubMergence is an immersive underwater dance and music experience designed to reconnect you with rhythm, breath, and flow. We explore what it means to dance deeper — into presence, emotion, and unity with ourselves, each other, and the water itself.

​Music is played both above and below the surface-using an underwater speaker, allowing you to feel the music as vibration and resonance throughout the body.

​No dance experience required — only a willingness to explore, move, and feel.

​What to Expect 🌊

​Please arrive between 5:30-5:45pm to sign waivers, and get situated. We will circle together promptly at 6pm.

​Agenda:

• ​15 min: Opening ceremony — guided breathwork & basic safety agreements

• ​15 min: Water Contact FUNdamentals

• ​90 min: Underwater dance journey

• ​Floating, stillness, and bliss

​Please bring 🥽🩱🐬

• ​Swimsuit or movement-friendly water wear

• ​Goggles and nose clip and/or dive mask (recommended)

• ​Towel, water bottle, and an open mind & heart 🫀

​This mystical sanctuary features a beautiful pool, hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge beneath the open sky — the perfect space for elemental connection and embodied play.
