Service Design Book Club with Elise Talgorn
Elise Talgorn is our guest speaker for the online book club event in November.
Co-authors: Elise Talgorn and Monique Hendriks
About the topic:
Elise will introduce “systemic storytelling,” an approach that supports systems thinking.
This method uses stories that weave together tangible data with intangible elements—like intuition, emotions, uncertainty, and purpose—to help people make sense of and communicate complex systems.
Elise will share examples of how storytelling can capture multiple perspectives of system actors, engage stakeholders around systemic challenges, and stimulate meaningful change at the societal level.
Join us for an engaging conversation with Elise and fellow service design enthusiasts!
