An exploration of the woman you want to become - from vision to embodiment
Whether you have a clear vision of the woman you want to step into or are still discovering her, this workshop is a place to explore your desires, connect with your intuition, and better understand what may be in your way.
This experience is designed to help you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be by combining guided reflection, journaling, somatic practices, and movement to help you connect with yourself on a deeper level.
We’ll explore what feels most aligned for you - and how to embody more of it - while uncovering the beliefs that may no longer serve you. Through reflection and embodied practices, you'll begin physically and emotionally letting go of what no longer supports the life you're creating.
You'll leave with:
Clarity on who you are and who you're committing to becoming
Insight into the beliefs, fears, or habits that may be influencing your decisions
A deeper connection to your body's wisdom and signals
An embodiment practice you can return to whenever you want to reconnect with yourself, release any doubt, and embody alignment
No previous experience is required. Simply come with curiosity, an open mind, and a willingness to explore.
Please bring water and clothes you can comfortably move around in!
