About Event

Join us for the first dinner in the Well Rested Woman series - an intimate evening of thoughtful conversation, reflection, and connection for ambitious women navigating burnout, pressure, productivity, and the desire for a softer way of living.

Together, we’ll explore what it truly means to become a well-rested woman in a culture that glorifies burnout, hyper-productivity, and constant achievement. We’ll reflect on the pressure many women feel to always be “on,” why so many of us struggle to rest without guilt, and how we can begin creating lives that feel nourishing as well as successful.

Expect gorgeous food, meaningful conversation, and a safe atmosphere designed for deeper connection with women navigating similar stages of life.

We'll talk about:

  • Why ambitious women struggle to rest without guilt

  • Who we become when our worth isn’t tied to productivity and achievement

  • Rest & self-care as foundations for wellbeing, clarity & sustainability

  • Simple, realistic ways to become more well-rested in daily life

Hosted by me, Carmen Joy Palmer

I'm a strategy consultant, coach, and women’s wellbeing advocate - exploring what it means to be an ambitious but well-rested woman in today's society.

For me, becoming a well-rested woman hasn’t meant doing less. It’s meant healing my nervous system, redefining my relationship with rest, getting to know myself more deeply as a woman, and learning how to prioritise what my mind and body truly need.

Through my content and community work, I’ve been encouraging women to centre rest, self-care, and wellbeing more intentionally in their lives.

Now, I’m excited to bring these conversations into real life - creating space for us to connect, reflect, and explore what it means to build lives that feel grounded, fulfilling, and sustainable alongside ambition and growth.

This is for the woman craving permission to slow down, reconnect with herself, and redefine what success looks and feels like on her own terms.

I can’t wait to meet you. <3
