Rogo Hiring Event: Forward Deployed Banker
Rogo builds AI for the world's leading financial institutions, deployed across hundreds of the largest banks and investment firms globally. Forward Deployed Bankers are central to our mission. They sit at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering, working hands-on with our clients to deploy Rogo's technology at scale.
As our business scales, we’re excited to host our first in-person FDB hiring event at our NYC HQ. We're looking to meet candidates with at least two years of investment banking and/or investing experience. Candidates should have strong command of finance workflows, exceptional executive presence and communication skills, and a genuine interest in AI. We are hiring exclusively in NYC for this role (5 days in office).
This is a hiring event, not a networking event. Registering here is an application and not a confirmed slot. We'll review registration requests on a rolling basis and reach out to candidates with relevant backgrounds to confirm your interview slot. If you're approved, we'll follow up directly with prep and arrival instructions.
What to expect on the day:
Arrive at 10:30AM to check-in
At 11AM, you'll interview with a member of our team in-person (~25 minutes)
Based on the first-round conversations, we'll invite a subset of candidates to continue into second-round interviews the same day
Not everyone who attends will advance past the first round. We'll let you know on-site either way, and we'll keep your resume on hand in case there’s a better fit elsewhere on our team
Candidates who complete the day will hear back from our Talent team afterward on next steps
