About Event
During this session we will be exploring some practical tools to create a diverse environment where everyone feels safe and valued, to a point where your staff will have the opportunity of exploring and reaching their full potential.
We will touch base on topics like:
Building trust and recognizing the near enemy
Intersectional psychological safety and agency
EKS - Emotional contagion, kitchen sinking and stonewalling.
Negotiation vrs Conflict Management
This is an experiential workshop where you will be able to interact and share your inputs as much as we will share ours. We are excited to see you there!
