About Event

What if we stopped trying to age well?

Somewhere between “you need to lose weight” and “your hormones are out of balance”, getting older has become another project women are expected to manage.

Every decade comes with a new list.

At 30, you need to protect your fertility.
At 40, you need to prepare for perimenopause.
At 50, you need to manage menopause.

All while being expected to keep your skin young and your waist small.

But what if we told a different story?

What if, instead of spending the next few decades trying to prevent, control and correct every change in your body, you started asking “What is my body asking for?”

This is where main character energy comes in.

For one morning, we’re putting you at the centre. It’s not about what symptoms you have, but who you are, how you’re living and what your body might be asking for.

Because I’m not hosting another women’s health workshop to teach you 3 tips to support your hormones. I want you to start connecting the dots between how you’re currently living and what your body might be telling you.

I’ll walk you through the story of a real client going through hormonal changes.

You’ll meet her symptoms, her lifestyle and her bloodwork, and together we’ll work out what might actually be going on.

I’ll put the numbers in front of you. Ferritin. B12. Vitamin D. HbA1c. Thyroid. Cholesterol.

Then I’ll show you how I would approach the case. What I’d want to investigate, what I’d prioritise and, most importantly, what we actually did to help her feel her best.

You’ll also receive a workbook to help you identify where you currently are with your own health markers, so if you have recent blood results, bring them along.

Knowing what you want to change is one thing. Following through when life gets loud is another entirely.

This is why Chartered Psychologist and guest expert Dr Bianca Serwinski will explore why we talk ourselves out of the things we swear we’ll do, and how to build habits that hold their nerve when a real, messy week gets in the way.

A gorgeous brunch will be served during the event in the Rembrandt Room at The Rubens at the Palace, a five-star hotel just opposite Buckingham Palace. All dietary requirements will be catered for.

Every guest will leave with a beautifully curated goodie bag of whole food based products worth £100+, from brands I absolutely love and have chosen for the women in the room.

And because a little accountability never hurts, I’m also inviting you to a Zoom catch up after Brunch & Learn, where you’ll be able to share what’s changed since your aha moment and keep the momentum going.

Let’s end the year on a high, so you can walk into the new year feeling good in your body, confident in your choices, and leaving the latest wellness trends where they belong: on your feed.
