Karlyn Percil is a Cultural Architect, Human Readiness Strategist, and Human-Centred AI Governance Advisor. She is the Founder and CEO of KDPM Consulting Group and the KDPM Equity Institute, where she develops culturally intelligent frameworks that help leaders strengthen self-trust, emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and organizational culture.
With more than two decades of practice at the convergence of neuro-emotional intelligence, ancestral wisdom, cultural equity, and systemic transformation, Karlyn is the originator of Cultural Authorship, an emerging discipline that centres the scholarship, wisdom, and lived intelligence of Black, Indigenous, non-gendered, and women-of-colour communities as foundational to how we lead, heal, and organize.
Currently, Karlyn and her team are developing the Human Readiness Leadership and Culture Guide and accompanying toolkit, a practical resource designed to help leaders strengthen the human, cultural, and relational capacities required to navigate AI-era change, build psychological trust, and create conditions for people to flourish. She is the first Senior FORGE Fellow at Universal Write Publications and serves as Advisor, Cultural Intelligence and Memory, to the AI Global South Summit. A certified Emotional Intelligence and Neuro-Life Coach, Karlyn helps leaders, practitioners, creatives, and institutions move inclusion toward culturally rooted leadership, psychological safety, cultural trust, and human flourishing.
