In Sync: How Your Cycle Shapes Your Body, Focus, and Energy
Join @anabuildshabits for light bites, acupuncture, and a lively panel discussion on how our menstrual cycle shapes our body, focus, and energy.
If you’ve ever wondered why a routine that clicked one week falls apart the next, your menstrual cycle may be part of the answer.
Our rhythms also change over our lifetime, from our first period through the years we think about fertility, and into perimenopause and menopause.
What to Expect:
6-6:45pm – WTHN express acupuncture sessions and ear seeding
6:45-7:30pm – Panel moderated by @anabuildshabits with WTHN, Two Moons Health, and RMA New York
7:30-8pm – Closing & mingling
Thank you to our partners for making this event possible: WTHN, Two Moons Health, RMA New York, and Go Macro.
Your ticket includes express acupuncture, ear seeding, drinks, light bites, and a goodie bag with products from our partners.
