About Event

The Journey to Mindfulness with Lhasha Tizer

Mindfulness offers a simple yet powerful way to slow down, reduce stress, and reconnect with the present moment. Whether you're new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this experience will introduce practical tools for cultivating greater calm, awareness, and balance in everyday life.

Through guided meditation, reflection, and discussion, participants will deepen their understanding of mindfulness and meditation, explore the foundations of compassionate communication, and have the opportunity to practice skills that foster greater presence, resilience, and authentic connection.

In one of the Buddha’s famous teachings called “The Discourse on Blessings” He offers many noble qualities and circumstances in our life that brings blessings. Among the qualities of a blessed person is being ‘Grateful’. This quality opens us up to happiness and being present in the moment.

Gratitude can be cultivated; we can incline the mind in this way: let us rise up and be grateful, for if we didn’t learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we did not learn a little, at least we did not get sick, and we got sick, at least we did not die; so, let us all be grateful.” The Buddha .It inclines our mind towards more well-being and joy.

You'll leave with practical tools and simple practices to help you feel more grounded, centered, and connected long after the workshop ends.
