This class is open to all levels and invites you to ground first, then flow.
Michelle Wagman has been devoted to the practice of yoga for over 35 years and completed her 300-hour yoga teacher training through a lineage-informed program rooted in the precision, reverence, and sacred discipline of the Iyengar tradition.
