From Intro to Insight is an interactive seminar designed to help single Muslims approach the spouse-selection journey with greater clarity, intention and confidence.
Led by Shaheen & Abbas Merali, co-authors of Selecting a Spouse: The Heavenly Path and experienced facilitators in marriage and spouse selection, this session will walk through the key stages of getting to know a potential spouse — from what happens before you meet, to navigating the meeting itself, to what comes after.
Together, we’ll explore the practical considerations that come with each stage of the process and how to approach the search for a life partner thoughtfully and intentionally.
Whether you’re actively looking for a spouse, beginning to think about marriage, or simply want to feel better prepared when the time comes, this workshop is an opportunity to gain practical guidance from educators who have spent years working in the area of marriage and spouse selection.

Please note this is an education workshop only, there will not be an interactive/ matchmaking component like other RIWA events.
