Entrepreneurs Who Shaped London
This December, we’ll be taking London Venture Club out onto the streets for a rather different Christmas gathering.
Starting beside the Thames at County Hall and winding our way towards historic Fleet Street, our private guided walk will uncover some of the entrepreneurs, inventors, visionaries and occasional spectacular failures who have shaped London over the centuries.
From ingenious inventions and ambitious property speculation to entertainment empires, pioneering technology and the darker side of London legend, we’ll explore stories of ideas, ingenuity, risk and reinvention spanning more than 250 years.
We’ll round off the evening near Fleet Street, with a chance to continue the conversation and celebrate Christmas together.
