Spring Equinox Bonfire - Curious Embers
Curious Embers Bonfire Series: Spring Equinox — Community
A free virtual gathering | Friday, March 20th
The Spring Equinox marks one of two moments in the year when light and dark are in perfect balance, creating a natural threshold and an invitation to pause.
This session gathers around an increasingly necessary theme - Community.
Not as a concept, but as a living practice; something we build, tend to, and return to. Something neuroscience tells us we are wired for at the deepest level.
We’ll move through opening reflections and a guided LovingKindness (Metta) meditation before welcoming special guest Kayla Calkins, who will share her philosophy of community-building as an act of resilience- and her own lived experience of putting that belief into practice.
This is an intentional hour to slow down, breathe together, and remember what genuine connection feels like amid the busyness and distraction of our daily lives. My sincere hope that you'll come away inspired to carry the spirit of community-building forward in some small way into the spring season.
This (virtual) Bonfire is free to attend and intimate by design. Attendance is by approval- request your spot below.
🔥 Burn brightly
