​Lesley is the General Manager and co-owner of Brewlab, an independent brewery, kitchen and hospitality venue in Derwent Park.

​Since Brewlab opened in 2022, Lesley has been heavily involved in growing the business, overseeing venue operations, staff management, events, marketing and the day-to-day challenges that come with running a busy hospitality business.

​She is passionate about creating a welcoming community-focused venue and building a strong, sustainable local business.

​Dave is a co-owner and Head Chef at Brewlab, bringing extensive hospitality and kitchen experience to the business. Since opening Brewlab in 2022, Dave has led the kitchen and food offering while also playing an important role in the broader operations of the business.

​More recently, he has become increasingly involved in Brewlab’s brewery operations, combining his practical approach, creativity and passion for producing great food and beer.
