Dear members of EA Delft, EA Tilburg, THEA, and PISE. We’re excited to finally share that the Zuid Retreat for this academic year is here!
This year the Zuid group is doing a 2 night retreat in Zeeland, on the first weekend of March 😁🙌

This will be a cozy weekend getaway, bringing together members from EA Delft, EA Tilburg, THEA (Den Haag), and PISE (Rotterdam)!
Expect a weekend filled with fun, community connection, skillbuilding and other activities like:
✨ Workshops & shared discussions
✨ Games and relaxed hang-outs
✨ Lots of good vegan food
✨ A cozy group accommodation near the coast
There will be a small entry fee of €25.
Accommodation, food, and activities are fully covered by the Zuid group!
🧩 Financial Support and Accessibility
Entry fee 👉 If the entry fee is a barrier, we are happy to consider waiving it so you can still attend.
Travel costs 👉 We can also help cover travel costs to and from the accommodation if needed
Please note that these funds are limited- if you don’t need financial support, we kindly ask you not to apply, as this may prevent people who truly need it from receiving a fee waiver or travel reimbursement

Signing up on Luma alone does not guarantee your participation. You are only officially registered once you complete the Airtable form.
Spots are limited, and confirmation is subject to application approval and (if applicable) payment of the participation fee. Precedence may be given to active members of EA Delft, EA Tilburg, THEA, and PISE.
The registration form allows you to:
Confirm your attendance
Indicate any support needs or accessibility considerations (physical or mental- we will try to accommodate where possible, though this cannot be guaranteed)
Share food preferences
Apply for financial support (if needed)
We will follow up with confirmation and further practical details (location, packing list, travel coordination, room arrangements, etc.) after reviewing applications.
