Save the Date: Zuid Retreat!
Dear members of EA Delft, EA Tilburg, THEA, and PISE. We’re excited to finally share that the Zuid Retreat for this academic year is here!
This year the Zuid group is doing a 2 night retreat in Zeeland, on the first weekend of March 😁🙌
This will be a cozy weekend getaway, bringing together members from EA Delft, EA Tilburg, THEA (Den Haag), and PISE (Rotterdam)!
Expect a weekend filled with fun, community connection, skillbuilding and other activities like:
✨ Workshops & shared discussions
✨ Games and relaxed hang-outs
✨ Lots of good vegan food
✨ A cozy group accommodation near the coast
There will be a small entry fee (max. €25).
Accommodation, food, and activities are fully covered by the Zuid group!
🧩 Financial Support and Accessibility
Entry fee 👉 If the entry fee is a barrier, we are happy to consider waiving it so you can still attend.
Travel costs 👉 We can also help cover travel costs to and from the accommodation if needed
Please note that these funds are limited- if you don’t need financial support, we kindly ask you not to apply, as this may prevent people who truly need it from receiving a fee waiver or travel reimbursement

This is only a save-the-date announcement.
Registering on Luma does NOT mean you are registered for the retreat.
To officially register, you must sign up via the registration link, which will be added to this Luma post on 31 January.
The link will also be shared via your individual group WhatsApp announcements once registrations open.
The official sign-up form will allow you to:
- Register for the retreat
- Indicate any support needs, accessibility considerations, and food preferences
If you don’t sign up via the registration form (to be added later), you are not registered for the retreat.
