​Join us for an immersive exploration of two transformative modalities: Aura-Soma Colour Therapy and the Akashic Records.

​Together, we will enter a space of deep listening, imagination, and expanded consciousness, using colour and intuitive guidance as portals into greater self-understanding and connection. This workshop invites you to step beyond the everyday and into a realm where insight, feeling, and possibility can emerge in new and unexpected ways.

​Workshop Flow

​We begin with an introduction to both practices, offering a grounding in their origins, principles, and ways of working.

​From there, you'll be guided through a deep visual and meditative journey weaving together the wisdom of the Akashic Records and the language of colour. Moving through layers of consciousness and imagination, we'll explore heart-led states of awareness, intuition, and inner discovery.

​Following the journey, we will open a collective Q&A space. Participants are invited to bring reflections, questions, or themes that arose during the meditation.

​Sophie will offer intuitive insights through the lens of colour and Aura-Soma, while Isa will channel guidance from the Akashic Records. All messages and transmissions will be shared in service of the collective field, allowing individual questions to become doorways for the group's deeper exploration and understanding.

​What Are the Akashic Records?

​The Akashic Records are often described as the energetic library of the universe—an infinite field of consciousness that exists beyond the limitations of time and space.

​Within this field live the stories, potentials, patterns, and possibilities that shape our individual and collective journeys. Accessing the Records can offer new perspectives, deeper understanding, and pathways for transformation.

​Through intention, prayer, and attunement, individuals can receive information from this field in many forms: imagery, words, sensations, emotions, sound, intuitive knowing, or symbolic messages.

​What Is Aura-Soma Colour Therapy?

​Aura-Soma is a unique system of colour consciousness that uses beautiful dual-coloured bottles, each carrying its own energetic qualities and symbolism.

​Through the colours we are naturally drawn to, Aura-Soma offers a mirror into our inner world, revealing aspects of our gifts, challenges, potential, and personal evolution. It provides a gentle yet profound pathway to self-awareness, healing, and alignment through the universal language of colour.

​Facilitators

​Sophie Mars is an artist, dance movement therapist, hypnotherapist, and Aura-Soma colour practitioner. Her work explores the relationship between creativity, embodiment, colour, and transformation.

​Isa Delfín is a multidimensional artist, intuitive channel, and practitioner working across movement, sound, film, metaphysics, and imagination. She facilitates Akashic Records and Human Design sessions, guiding others toward deeper connection with their inner wisdom and expanded potential.
