liquid motion® floorwork is a ground-based movement class built on fluidity, seamless transitions, and natural movement quality. pulling from dance theory, conditioning, and guided sensual movement exploration, you'll learn to move from one shape to the next with intention and ease, until it feels like your body's always known how.
What should I bring to class?
Covered knees are required. Leg warmers are okay, but knee pads are ideal.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THE STUDIO IS HOT but we will be sliding around on the floor. Layers and socks are recommended.
A pen and notepad to take notes with.
An open heart and an open mind.
Please use the bathroom before you come!
