GMOヒューマノイドラボ（2026年秋グランドオープン）の開幕を記念して、Humanoid Hack Tokyo 3 を開催します。
参加者30名・6チーム。Unitree G1 の実機を使い、4日間かけてヒューマノイドに何ができるかを実際に手で確かめます。
Humanoid Hack は Orboh が主催するヒューマノイドハッカソンのシリーズです。第1回（2026年5月）・第2回（同7月）はいずれも GMOヒューマノイドラボで開催し、応募60名・実機のヒューマノイドを持ち込んで実施しました。
■ 開発テーマ（3つ）
今回は、実際の現場にある作業を開発テーマにします。チームごとに3つのうち1つを選んで取り組んでください。
① 物流 — ピックアンドプレース
棚やコンテナから荷物を取り出し、指定の場所へ移す
② 工場 — ネジ締め
治具に固定されたネジ穴に、ボルトを締める
③ 空港 — レバー開閉（グランドハンドリング）
貨物コンテナを固定するレバーを開け閉めする
※会場に用意するモックアップを使います（会場内でのみ使用可・持ち出し不可）
対象物・治具は運営が用意します。手法は自由です（VLA / LLM / テレオペ / 古典制御など）。

・ロボティクス／AI の実装経験を、実機で試したい方

ロボティクスの経験は必須ではありません。第1回・第2回も、実機に初めて触る参加者が多数でした。
■ 参加にあたって
・機体は複数チームでの共用です。開発時間の割当は当日ご案内します
・11/1・11/2 はラボを使用できません。オンラインでの開発となります
・GPU の提供はありません。学習環境は各チームでご用意ください
・PC は Linux または Windows をご持参ください（Mac は SDK・ネットワークの制約により対応できません）
・お食事は現地参加日（10/31・11/3）にご用意します
■ 成果物の提出（必須）
・チームごとに GitHub で git リポジトリを1つ作成してください（公開・非公開は問いません。非公開の場合は運営アカウントを招待してください）
・10/31（土）18:00 までに、リポジトリの URL を Discord のチーム別チャンネルへ投稿してください。以降 11/3 まで随時 push してください
・11/3（火・祝）14:00 の開発終了までに、運営が用意する提出フォームから成果物（概要・リポジトリ URL・発表スライド・デモ動画）を提出してください
・未提出のチームも発表はできますが、受賞の対象外となります
・成果物の権利は各チームに帰属します。オープンソース化を求めるものではありません

A: 経験は必須ではありません。バイブコーディングなどでコーディングができれば問題ありません。非エンジニアでも大丈夫です。

Humanoid Hack Tokyo 3 opens the GMO Humanoid Lab
To mark the grand opening of the GMO Humanoid Lab in autumn 2026, Orboh is running Humanoid Hack Tokyo 3
30 participants in 6 teams, working hands-on with Unitree G1 humanoids over four days
Development themes (choose one per team)
1. Logistics — Pick and place: take items from shelves or containers and move them to a designated spot
2. Factory — Screw fastening: tighten bolts into threaded holes on a fixed jig
3. Airport — Lever operation (ground handling): open and close the lever that locks an air cargo container. A mockup provided at the venue is used, on-site only
Objects and jigs are provided by the organizers. Any approach is welcome: VLA, LLM, teleoperation, classical control and more

No GPU is provided, so please prepare your own training environment
Prior robotics experience is not required, and in the first two editions many participants touched a humanoid for the first time
Please bring a Linux or Windows laptop, as macOS is not supported because of SDK and network constraints
Submissions (required)
Each team creates one git repository on GitHub (public or private; if private, invite the organizer account)
Post the repository URL in your team channel on Discord by Oct 31 (Sat) 18:00, and keep pushing through Nov 3
By the end of development on Nov 3 (Tue) at 14:00, submit your project summary, repository URL, presentation slides and demo video through the submission form we will provide
Teams that do not submit can still present, but are not eligible for awards. Teams keep the rights to what they build, and open-sourcing is not required
