For professionals over 30, this is the essential maintenance required to sustain high-level performance and personal peace.

Note: A minimum of 6 sessions is required to participate in our validation studies, ensuring we gather a proven standard of care while you maintain absolute ownership of your personal wellness data.

Option 1: Sustained Integration (The Paced Choice): 1 session per week for 6 calendar weeks.
Option 2: Accelerated Immersion (The High-Frequency Choice): 2 sessions per week for 3 calendar weeks.
Session Length: Each session is a high-impact, supportive 30 minutes, conducted entirely online.

Individual Session: $50 per session.
