Famm Fest 2026 - A FREE virtual Pride event on the power of community building
We’re so excited to invite you to Famm Fest 2026... a FREE virtual Pride event hosted by Hey Famm and Out Professionals!
This Pride season, we're bringing together some of the most incredible community builders and leaders in the queer professional space for a real, practical conversation about the networking strategy no one's teaching you... community.
Here's the thing. The old networking playbook (work the room, collect cards, follow up with an ask) was never built for us, and honestly, it doesn't really work for anyone. The people who are actually growing their careers and businesses? They're building community. They're showing up for each other, collaborating, sharing resources, and rising together.
Our panelists have lived this. They've built careers and businesses rooted in community, and they're coming to share the stories, the lessons, and the moves that actually work.
You'll walk away knowing what community building looks like in practice, how to use it as your real networking strategy, and how to turn tonight's speed networking round into the start of relationships that actually go somewhere.
Meet the lineup:
Shana Sumers (Moderator + Hey Famm Community Manager) — A keynote speaker, career coach, and professional athlete who helps women athletes build strategic business networks to prepare for life beyond sports. Drawing from her experience scaling communities by 400% at HubSpot and navigating career transitions as an athlete, she teaches relationship capital, confidence, and career strategy for professional success.
Alyssa Azál (uh-zahl) — Founder of Queer Latines, a global community by and for queer Latines building meaningful connections and reconnecting with their heritage language.
Dani Gray (she/her) — A partnerships & GTM leader, event producer, and community organizer. She is also the Founder and Lead Ambassador of Out Professionals (OutPro) San Francisco, she has hosted over 30 networking and cultural events for 2000+ attendees, and grown OutPro into the Bay Area's leading LGBTQ+ professional networking organization.
