About Hermina Soric ( Lead researcher, Accountability Lab)
A certified Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Tools facilitator currently pursuing Gestalt Psychotherapy education, Hermina brings a unique perspective to understanding individual and collective sense-making through her passion for social linguistics, semiotics, and phenomenology. Her eclectic background spans experience design, research, theatre, and facilitation in learning, well-being, and entrepreneurship
About Joris van Heukelom (Partner at Hatch and Head of Research).
While Joris believes technology can enhance humanity, he also recognises its potential dangers, and he is committed to fostering human intelligence as the path to a better world.
Joris holds master's degrees in Social Science and in Marketing Science. He is also a self-taught expert (certified) in transformative psychology, applying this knowledge to help individuals and organisations evolve. In this capacity, he is often referred to as an "organisational therapist."
He had a solid corporate career in leadership roles (Vice President, CEO) at companies like VIACOM, Sanoma, and KPN. Still, he embraced entrepreneurship in 2011, which he considers one of his best decisions.
Joris founded several tech and innovative agencies in Amsterdam.
Driven by a desire to empower people, his mission is to make individuals smarter by equipping them with tools to counter technocrats' influence.
