Wednesday night in Naples. We meet at 20:00 in front of the Villa Floridiana gates, Via Domenico Cimarosa 156, Vomero.
What to expect:
Group warm up
Sprint intervals, run in waves so every pace has a group
Start and finish at the park gates
No bag drop. Bring only what you can run with.
Free and open to everyone. First time? Arrive ten minutes early and find a LACE crew member.
