To build a fair and future-ready workforce, we must invest in diverse talent and inclusive leadership.
The Scottish Ethnic Minority Talent Summit & Festival 2026 takes place on Thursday 29 October 2026 at Tynecastle Park, Edinburgh. This national summit brings together professionals, leaders, policymakers and change-makers from across sectors to shape how Scotland navigates disruption and the future of work.
With the theme “Navigating Disruption: All Scotland’s Talent at the Helm”, the summit focuses on the impact of AI, economic shifts and workforce transformation, equipping organisations with practical approaches to inclusive leadership, retention and progression.
