​Hey Beach and Breath Lovers! 🌞 Looking for a magical start to your Friday? Join us for a beautiful hour of soft Movement, Breath and Meditation by the sea! 🌊

​We’ll be using the cool AURA HEADSETS to guide our flow, syncing our breath and movement in the most uplifting way. Expect good energy, beachy bliss, and that happy, calm feeling to carry into the rest of your day.

​After our session, it’s totally your call:

• ​Take a dip in the sea to wake up every cell 🌊

• ​Sip on a coffee and connect with awesome people ☕

• ​Chill on the sand and soak in the vibes 🌴

​Bring along:

• ​Your yoga mat (and meditation cushion if you’ve got one)

• ​A water bottle to stay hydrated

• ​Swimsuit & towel if you're diving in
