A Night at The Plum Bush
A Night at The Plumbush, hosted by Inner Circle, is a one-night, curated getaway for women — designed to feel easy, welcoming, and a little elevated from the moment you arrive. Open to women 18+, it’s an approachable, shared experience centered around connection, comfort, and a beautifully designed weekend away.
Guests will check in by 12:00 PM on Saturday, May 30th at The Plumbush, a historic Victorian home in Mayville, New York — known for its charm, original architectural details, and long-standing presence in the Chautauqua area. The space carries a sense of warmth and character that sets the tone for the entire weekend.
Upon arrival, you’ll have time to settle in, get familiar with the property, and ease into the space at your own speed. A local art market will already be taking place on-site — an organic overlap we’re excited to share — offering the chance to mingle, browse, shop local and take in the atmosphere as the afternoon begins.
Light bites and refreshments will be available between 2:30–4:00 PM. From there, the experience continues to unfold with intention — beginning with a hands-on workshop hosted by Kim Carlson, Owner of Peapod & Juniper in Lakewood, NY. This 'Breathwork + Botanicals' workshop will be both creative, interactive and grounding. Followed by time to reset before dinner, the evening continues with a private chef-prepared seated dinner, designed to feel colorful, intimate, and thoughtfully arranged. The next event leads us into the back barn for a guided sound bath led by Inner Circle's co-host Jess, a certified practitioner of Aura Luna Sound Scapes based out of Cleveland, OH. Jess's approach to her craft feels incredibly intuitive and calming. Set at night, this portion of the evening is designed to feel immersive and transportive — a moment to fully release and melt away all the outside noise. We’ll close out the night with a cozy movie option and space to unwind however you’d like.
Sunday morning is intentionally slow. We’ll begin with a gentle, all-levels yoga session in the barn, hosted by Danielle DeVine of Eight Limbs Yoga Studio, also based out of Lakewood, NY. Our slow yoga session will be followed by a tea party–style brunch before wrapping up the weekend. Checkout will be at 2:00 PM on Sunday, May 31st.
PLEASE READ: Accommodations at The Plumbush are intentionally designed to be shared, with each room thoughtfully set for two guests. Bed configurations vary — from king and queen beds to twin pairings — with many rooms featuring one shared bed, making this the perfect experience to enjoy with someone you love spending time with. Guests are encouraged to attend with a plus one **women only**, whether that’s a best friend, co worker or family member. This is a built-in way to experience a super unique and fun weekend together.
