Check-out Time: 10:00 on Monday July 20, 2026
Getting there:
Take the Odakyu Hakone Highway Bus from Shinjuku Station to Togendai Station (~2 hr). The hotel shuttle will pick you up from the station.

Pricing is structured in phases:
Founding Rate — ¥88,000
Limited spots / available until May 15Early Access Rate — ¥99,000
Available until May 31Standard Rate — ¥110,000
A ¥30,000 deposit will be required to confirm your spot, with the remaining balance due by July 4, 2026.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made on or before July 4, 2026 are eligible for a full refund, minus platform processing fees.
Cancellations made after July 4, 2026 are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant with prior notice.
