​Running as Meditation with Samuel & David

This evening begins and ends in stillness, with a guided meditation before and after, and moves through a shared run in between. It's not about intensity or distance, but about presence, breath and rhythm. It's a moving meditation for those with some running experience, at a pace that invites awareness rather than effort. Wear your running shoes and sportswear.

Samuel Becht is co-founder of Levels Below and a retreat facilitator. His work is rooted in psychology and contemplative practice, creating spaces for reflection, presence, and genuine connection.

David Caron is a marathon runner and co-founder of Levels Below. He has experienced firsthand how running can become a doorway into stillness, and will guide the run this evening.
