After a little time away this summer for some intense and ongoing healing of my own, I'm ready to gather again.
And I know exactly what I want to celebrate:
LOVE.
GRATITUDE.
And all the beautiful things that keep us going when the going gets tough.
I'm so excited to welcome my musical sister and special guest Mimi Luv as we surround you with the healing frequencies of our voices, instruments, and intention.
As summer begins to fade and the Autumn Equinox signals both seasonal and personal transformation, let's pause together at this beautiful turning point of the season.
This is a time to breathe.
To soften.
To receive.
To remember what matters.

- Settle into and bring your own set up on the patio
We'll have hot tea and water available.
Be mindful that as our season is beginning to shift, you will ewant to bring comfortable layers as the temperature changes can be significant outdoors at this time of year.
Come exactly as you are.
No perfect intention required.
No answers needed.
Simply bring an open heart, an open mind, and a willingness to receive.
Let's gather beneath the Full Moon to honor what has carried us, celebrate what is becoming, and make a little more space for:
