L&D Backstage: The Reality of Innovation: How to support new ideas in teams that aren't used to experimenting.
🛠️ L&D Backstage: Practical show & tell sessions. Present your projects step-by-step, showcasing both design and implementation. Real-world insights, straight to the point.
✨ Participation: Presentation + Q&A at the end
We will take you on a journey of a corporate experiment: where a procurement department launched an innovation challenge, and L&D stepped in to create the conditions for innovation to actually happen. What resulted in 10 episodes of a lively mini web series, 150 participants, 25 generated ideas, and 5 projects happened all while governance tensions, workload overload, delays, and the need for managerial support complicated the journey.
Rather than presenting a polished success story, we will share an honest case study about what it really takes for learning to enable innovation in risk-sensitive environments.
