Resident One Year Anniversary

Resident turns 1 🎉 (and Chelsea opens)

1 year ago, Resident was a single location in Flatiron and a small group of companies willing to bet on a different kind of workspace.

Today we’re at 3 locations, working on our 4th, and more than 4x the square footage we started with. So we’re celebrating 2 things on the same night: our 1-year anniversary and the opening of Resident Chelsea, our new home in WeWork’s former headquarters at 115 W 18th St.

This one is for the people who made the year happen. Our members, the founders and operators who toured us when we were still unpacking, and the friends who sent the right people our way.
