Return-to-Work Coalition
The Return-to-Work Alignment event is the first event of its kind, encouraging stake holders who provide workforce development, career reentry related resources, education, and employment the opportunity to do the following and more:
1) Map out the existing career reentry ecosystem. Who is in the space? What do they do?
2) Discuss alignment. How can stakeholders connect to better serve returners and boost impact in a mutually beneficial way?
3) Compile data for incoming employers. What are Utah's returners prepared to offer incoming companies/industry when it comes to talent/skills?
4) Enhance employment opportunities/employer connections. Who is willing to hire returners? How do we connect with them?
Your leadership team, board, and any members of your staff who will provide valid insight or seek to contribute to the space are invited to attend.

Lunch will be served.
After the agenda/lunch is complete, guests may stay to network/build partnerships until 2:30 pm.
