Culture In Service: A New Structure for Meaningful Work

A Culture In Service to those without one.

Regardless of your employment status, you may not have an organizational culture that meets your needs. As a structure, Organizational cultures provide the daily rhythm, resources, and community that people need to thrive.

Without the structure, your biology can shift into Survival Mode. You have reduced energy & attention. You are seeking a sense of contribution & belonging.

This is not because you’re incapable. It’s because you’re trying to function without a structure that can actually hold you.

What is Culture In Service?

Culture In Service (CIS) is a "job-agnostic" organizational culture for Meaningful Work. We define Meaningful Work as the combination of Inner Work (connect and care for self) and Outer Work (contribute to your purpose).

Our Member Experience begins with 12 weeks of Inner Work, averaging at ~10 hours a week. Once the 12 weeks of Inner Work are complete, individuals unlock Outer Work opportunities to contribute to nonprofits, local businesses, or Culture In Service's operations.


What We’ll Explore in This Webinar:

  • Why This Matters: We’ll discuss how the loss of organizational structure impacts our nervous systems and why Inner Work is the foundation of a meaningful life.

  • What We Offer: We'll provide an overview of our 12-Week Culture In Service Membership Arc. Our Member Experience offers a three-stage journey: Stabilizing your Container (101), Caring for your Container (201), and Contributing from your Container (301)

  • How We Operate: We’ll dive deep into how our People Experience Lifecycle & Organizational Culture Strategy works and why it’s different than any other organizational culture.

  • How to Join: We’ll cover how you can become one of our 50 Founding Members to prove the value of a Culture In Service to those without one.

This is for the unemployed, self-employed, and employed but unfulfilled seeking a culture of compassion and coherence.
