​The £10 is a refundable deposit, not a ticket.
Your refund will be processed in full at the arrival Desk. It's there to hold your seat (we cap at 30) and to make sure people who say they're coming actually turn up. If your plans change, let us know in advance (at least 24 hours) and we'll refund you and pass the seat to the waitlist. Please allow 2-3 working days for the credit to reflect on your bank statement.

What it is
A Saturday afternoon for London's working security officers to come together, refresh your skills for free, meet other people in the trade, and spend time with the people who actually get the job. Not a course. Not a conference. Just a few hours with your community, real conversations, and the kind of practical learning you'd usually pay for.
