βA collaborative initiative between the University of Leeds and the University of the West Indies (UWI), CariSurg connects emerging Caribbean talent with global medical innovation. Delivered across 12 weeks through in-person (UWI and University of Leeds) and virtual tracks, the programme equips scholars to build accessible, affordable healthcare tools for low-resource environments.
