A Sensual Flow Experience with Maria Luxe & Sarah Hoover
This immersive experience weaves together two layers of sensual embodiment practice with deep restorative sound healing.

We begin with Nectar, an internal, foundational workshop centered on the pelvic floor, vagina, and sacrum. This work is sensation-led and deeply embodied, guiding participants into subtle internal activation and intimate connection with the body’s core energetic center. Nectar operates beneath visible movement, prioritizing sensation over shape. The pace is slow, internal, and deeply felt, allowing participants to cultivate awareness, softness, and internal responsiveness.

From this internal foundation, we transition into Drip, Maria’s signature sensual flow practice. Drip translates the internal sensations awakened in Nectar into fluid, expressive movement, allowing energy to travel through the entire body. Through pelvic-led transitions, spirals, and full-body articulation, participants explore sensual movement that is expansive, embodied, and creatively expressive.

To integrate the emotional states and energetic shifts inspired by the movement practices, the experience concludes with Elemental Immersion Sound, guided by Sarah Hoover. Sarah’s sound healing journey explores the energies of the natural elements, using high-vibration instruments and frequency-based sound to support nervous system regulation, energetic alignment, and deep restoration. Participants will be guided to expand awareness of both elemental energy and personal life force, allowing the body to settle, integrate, and recalibrate after the movement exploration.

Together, this experience creates a full arc: Internal awakening → sensual expression → energetic integration The result is a powerful space for grounding, embodiment, and reconnecting with the body’s natural rhythm and vitality. Maria Luxe is the founder of Crave Luxe Co., a sensual movement educator, and biohormonal nutrition specialist. She leads women’s embodiment experiences through her signature movement practices, integrating pelvic embodiment, cycle-synced hormonal health, and sensual flow.
