Kavita is an independent expert on fundraising for nonprofits. She consults with GivingTuesday - the global generosity movement - as a senior advisor in India. She also functions as an honorary advisor to the Giving Together Foundation. Kavita was formerly a consultant with the world's first and largest nonprofit crowdfunding platform – GlobalGiving. She helped GlobalGiving increase its reach and impact in India.She has over 15 years of experience working with multiple nonprofits in the country. Before discovering her passion for making the world a better place, Kavita spent a couple of years with Goldman Sachs, where she found her love for spreadsheets and data.

Aishwarya Menon, Chief Executive Officer, Atma

Aishwarya Menon has been an integral part of Atma's leadership, contributing to the organisation’s strategy and growth. During her eight years at Atma, she has contributed across multiple roles, leading programmes and developing key initiatives. With 12 years of experience across corporate law, FMCG sales, and the nonprofit sector, she has supported NGOs on strategy, fundraising, and systems. She holds a law degree from NALSAR University of Law and a postgraduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow.
