Single Room
• $2,695 per person
• Includes one (1) retreat attendee with full access to the retreat package
• A friend, spouse, or family member may stay in the room without participating in the retreat, if requested in advance and subject to hotel approval
• Additional guests do not have access to retreat activities, tours, meals, or experiences
Double Room (Shared)
• $2,000 per person
• $4,000 total per room
• Includes two (2) retreat attendees, each with full access to the retreat package
• Double rooms are designed for two guests
• A third guest may stay in the room without participating in the retreat, if requested in advance and subject to hotel approval
• A cot or rollaway bed may be added
• Third guests do not have access to retreat activities, tours, meals, or experiences

RETREAT ITINERARY OVERVIEW
Please note: The order of days may adjust slightly as final reservations and logistics are confirmed. All experiences and inclusions listed above will remain the same.
Day 1 – September 7 | Arrival Day
Arrival in Florence, check-in at Columbus Urban Resort, and a relaxed evening.
Day 2 – September 8
4-hour guided walking tour of Florence followed by entry to the Accademia Gallery to see Michelangelo’s David.
Day 3 – September 9 | Tuscany Countryside Experience
All-day private Tuscany countryside and winery tour with a private driver. Includes visits to two wineries, a stop in San Gimignano, lunch, and wine tastings.
Day 4 – September 10
Free day to enjoy Florence or participate in optional experiences.
Day 5 – September 11
Pizza or Gelato cooking class at a Tuscan farm, approximately six hours.
Day 6 – September 12 | Departure Day
Breakfast, check-out, and departures.
REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY
• All payments are fully refundable through June 1, 2026
• Payments made after June 1, 2026 are non-refundable due to hotel and vendor commitments
• If you are unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to another guest
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended
