​In this session, we're creating space for the challenges you're actually navigating right now - the tricky parent conversation, the lesson that's not landing, the student situation that keeps you up at night, the professional decision you're wrestling with.

​Here's how it works: You'll reflect on a current challenge, we'll identify the ones that resonate with multiple people, and then we'll dig in together. No expert telling you they know best, no one-size-fits-all strategies. Just thoughtful colleagues asking good questions, sharing what's worked (and what hasn't), and helping each other think more clearly.

​​​Maxine is a facilitator, learning experience designer, and founder of Mira — an initiative dedicated to ensuring teachers are seen, heard, and valued. After more than a decade in the classroom, she now blends her background in psychology, education, and community building to create workshops that strengthen communication, collaboration, and emotional well-being for individuals and teams.
