Join us in Honest Ed's Park on Markham Street for community fitness classes led by three of Toronto's top fitness instructors, with sessions designed for all experience levels. Registration is free, yoga mats are provided, and all you need to bring is yourself.

Full Body Mat Pilates with Lisa Damla: Led by instructor Lisa Damla, this signature full body mat pilates class features FHIIT wrist and ankle weights throughout the workout, adding just the right amount of resistance to intensify every pulse, hold, and flow. Designed to challenge your core, build muscular endurance, and create that signature pilates shake, this low-impact, high-burn class combines controlled movement with athletic, sculpt-inspired sequencing. Expect full body toning, deep core activation, and a satisfying sweat that leaves you feeling stronger, energized and accomplished.
