​We’ll begin with a signature reformer class led by the BODYROK team — a high-energy, low-impact full-body workout designed to strengthen, sculpt, and energize.

​After class, the space shifts into reset mode.

​Stay to receive mini Reiki sessions from LA Reiki Center, unwind in community, and participate in guided connection prompts designed to help people actually meet, talk, and connect beyond the workout itself.
